Systems thinking made clear

I just saw this video (from 1994) by Russell Ackoff. It's about systems thinking, and what it means. It's very clear and very powerful. Systems thinking, in the way Ackoff talks about, is central to understanding how positive structures are created -- they are systems that work because of how they allow people to interact in new ways. There's a very brief intro and then Ackoff gets started. Enjoy!!
