Leland LeCuyer

Discovered this post and you, David Friedman, in an amazing thread taking place on Google+ at http://goo.gl/01GKN. I reckon you might want to peek in on or, perhaps, join the conversation.

It is "an outstanding frame of mind" to not simply settle for the first solution. But what I found even more impressive in the tale you republished was how everyone was taking part in the design process, contributing to the onionskin overlay where that initial solution had been sketched. Shared ownership of the solution typifies a social network and is a nascent form of organization that I am just beginning to wrap my fingers around.
